The Quality and Environmental Policy of GENERGY POWER PRODUCTS, S.L. is based on the following principles:

- Our faithful commitment to continuous improvement of the quality and environmental management of our company, as well as that of our electrical generators and other products to achieve the full satisfaction of our customers, after analysis and understanding of their needs and expectations
- Programming of real, measurable and achievable quality and environmental objectives and goals reviewed each year, to effectively and efficiently maintain our quality and environmental policy.
- Compliance with the legislation, regulations and environmental and quality standards applicable to our company, our equipment and our activities and with other requirements that GENERGY may subscribe with third parties, as well as the improvement of the requirements specified in the legislation.

- Design, development, production and innovation of generators and equipment with maximum efficiency in their operation, quality, technical performance, reliability, maintenance and with predetermined environmental efficiency characteristics.

- Provision of an excellent after-sales service of quality and environment during or out of warranty, where any of our customers have access to the best support from qualified professionals at all levels.
