What is a mortar-spraying generator?
A mortar-spraying generator is a power generator designed to supply power to spraying machines (for mortar, plaster, cement, or shotcrete) in locations where there is no electrical power: a new construction site, a renovation project, or a plot of land without a utility connection. Since most professional spraying machines operate on 400V three-phase power and start high-demand motors, they require a powerful and very stable power source that can withstand startup surges.
Its function is to ensure that the projector operates continuously and safely, without power drops that could shut down the machine or damage the motor. A properly sized generator (with sufficient power reserve above the projector’s power consumption) prevents interruptions, protects the equipment, and maintains the pace of work on the job site. Furthermore, since they are portable, they can be transported in a van and set up in minutes, without the need for cranes or permanent installations.

Why do I need a three-phase output (400V)?
Because most professional mortar, plaster, and concrete mixers operate on 400V three-phase power. That is why all the models shown here provide a three-phase output, in addition to 230V for auxiliary tools.
How much extra power should I leave?
Electric motors require a peak current when starting up that is significantly higher than their current consumption during operation. Are they easy to transport?

What is the difference between manual and electric starting?
