Building a Future Through Sports
We believe in the power of sports to transform lives, especially during childhood. That’s why we proudly support basketball, soccer, and swimming, giving our young people the opportunity to grow up with values such as hard work, discipline, and teamwork. But we don’t stop there: we also support professional sports, cheering on the teams that embody the spirit of our city. In addition, we collaborate on nonprofit cultural and recreational events, because we know that a united community is a
strong community.

Fighting the Pandemic: When It Mattered Most, We Were There
When the world stopped, GENERGY decided to act. We stopped our production to manufacture protective screens, becoming the first to bring aid to nursing homes in La Rioja and Ribera Navarra, as well as to hospitals in La Rioja. But we could not sell these products at a time of such great need: we donated each of the more than 20,000 screens and 15,000 masks. In addition, thanks to a solidarity campaign and the incredible support of the residents of Calahorra, we raised more than 10,000 €, donated
entirely to Caritas. Because true wealth is in sharing.

Ukraine: Energy for Hope
When the war plunged Ukraine into darkness, GENERGY turned on a light. We sent a high-powered diesel generator set, 105 portable generators, 12 motorized welders, and 30 motorized pumps—six metric tons of aid valued at more than €40,000—to restore power to those who needed it most. Because we don’t believe in indifference; we believe in action.

DANA in Valencia: Immediate Response, Real Commitment
When the DANA hit Valencia, GENERGY did not look the other way. In record time, we prepared a shipment of 84 portable and semi-portable generators, 10 hydro-washers and 13 high flow motor pumps. And we did not sell them, we donated them, because our responsibility does not end when the workday is over; we are there when we are most needed.
GENERGY: Much more than a company, a commitment to the world.

Every action we take stems from our belief that companies should not only generate profits but also make an impact. We don’t believe in limits when it comes to helping others. Because when society needs us, at GENERGY we don’t ask “why,” but “how can we do more?”

I recently purchased a Limited 7000 generator. I contacted the company by email to ask a few questions, and they responded immediately. Plus, they’re going to replace the industrial outlet adapter in a couple of days. GREAT AFTER-SALES SERVICE—for once, what they say is true; that’s what I call service. As for the generator, it looks well-built and high-quality, starts right up, and the noise level is about what you’d expect from a gasoline-powered generator—it’s a good machine. For now, I’m giving Genergy 5 stars.

I bought the 3000 diesel generator. They tested it at the factory before shipping it to me and delivered it with oil already in it and ready to use—even though they didn’t have to, since with large retailers, they don’t even bother to open the box for you to inspect it. Once tested, it works very well, and I have no complaints. The customer service is excellent. I called several times to get more information—and, by the way, to make sure it wasn’t one of those scams that are so common in online sales these days—and I can assure you that this is a trustworthy company from which I’ll make future purchases. Definitely a trustworthy company. I had a minor issue with a generator, and they resolved it within 24 hours. They responded to my email incredibly quickly and provided a fast, effective solution—the kind you’d expect from a mature, well-established team. Their communication was direct, transparent, and straightforward, with no evasive tactics or automated replies that lead nowhere. By the way, the generator is a Genergy 5000, and it works like a charm—well-designed, compact, and reliable. I use it almost exclusively to power a 1.5 HP well pump.
