What Is an All-Inclusive Self-Consumption Solar Kit?
It’s a complete photovoltaic system that comes fully configured: the panels generate power, the inverter converts it to 230 V for the house, the battery stores the excess for nighttime use, and when you have several days in a row without sunlight, the backup generator starts up automatically to recharge the battery and shuts off when it’s done. You don’t buy individual parts and hope they’ll work together—you buy a system that’s already designed to work as a whole.
The Plans Genergy They work with a off-grid solar inverter: The house draws power first from the sun, then from the battery, and finally from the grid or the generator, which are connected to the inverter's AC input. It never feeds electricity back into the grid, so there is no need to deal with surplus power or negotiate compensation, and the same system can be used for a country house without a fence, a detached primary residence or a home connected to the grid that wants to stop relying on it and its outages. Find the plan that's right for you: each one is different. The key factor is how many kWh you use per day, not how many square meters your home is.
Electricity, a refrigerator, a water pump, and not much else
5 to 10 kWh of daily consumption, intermittent use. Rigel Plan: 4 panels (2.6 kW), a 5,200 W inverter, and a 5 kWh battery. With Rigel Backup-A, you can add the Mulhacén SOL generator for winter weekends.

The grid feeds into the inverter as just another power source: the house draws power from solar and the battery and only draws from the grid when necessary. If the power goes out, you won't even notice. Sirius or Vega without a generator; the grid acts as a backup.

25 to 45 kWh per day and high-demand starts. Sigma Plan (8,000 W, 10 panels, 15 kWh) or Pegasus (14 panels, 20 kWh, 46 kWh/day). The 8,000 W inverter can handle a peak of 16,000 W: heat pump and oven at the same time.

Continuous and critical power consumption. Pegasus Backup-A: a 20 kWh battery and a GDS14M soundproofed diesel generator set rated at 14 kVA at 1,500 rpm that starts automatically and can run for entire days if necessary.

The Backup-C models come equipped with the Creta SOL Silent, a 7,500-watt soundproofed inverter. It starts up in the early morning if the battery runs low without waking anyone up. Available on the Sirius and Vega models.

Stores sell kits based on panel wattage. A house consumes kilowatt-hours per day, and in January, those same panels produce less than half as much as they do in July. Backup A, B, or C: Which generator is used for each one?
The generator connects to the inverter's AC input and its start switch. When the battery level drops below the level you set, the inverter starts the generator; when the battery level recovers, it stops the generator. You choose the generator based on noise level, power consumption, and power output.
Mulhacén SOL 7,000 W
Open-frame gasoline generator with electric start and SOL function. It is the most economical option and the one that can run the longest continuously due to its large fuel tank. For machine sheds located away from the house.
SOL 7,500 W Chalk
Open-loop inverter: clean power output, ECO mode that reduces RPM under light loads, and lower power consumption. Quieter than a conventional generator and lighter in weight.
Creta SOL Silent 7,500 W
The inverter itself is housed inside a soundproof enclosure. This is ideal for homes with nearby neighbors or where the generator is located under the porch.
Java RC-SOL-ATS 10,500 W
High-power inverter for the 8,000 W inverter: recharges 15 or 20 kWh of battery capacity in just a few hours. Includes a remote control and transfer switch, as well as the SOL function.
GDS14M 14 kVA
Soundproofed diesel generator running at 1,500 rpm. For farms and large homes where the backup power can operate for full days: lower cost per kWh and a long-lasting engine.
Rigel, Sirius, Vega, Sigma, Pegasus
If you have grid power, it acts as a backup through the same input. And if you ever want a generator, any Genergy solar-backup generator can be added later without changing a thing.
