- Orders: Orders may be placed via email, fax, or directly with your local representative. We do not accept orders by phone; a written document is required in all cases.
- Delivery: Estimated delivery times are 48–72 hours within mainland Spain, and 5–6 business days to Portugal and the Balearic Islands. Delivery to other destinations is available upon request.
- Shipping: All orders totaling more than €600 (net) in mainland Spain, €900 in the Balearic Islands, and €1,500 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla will be shipped free of charge. If the order does not reach these amounts, shipping will be charged at €0.37/kg on the Spanish mainland, €0.60/kg in the Balearic Islands, and €0.87/kg in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, with minimum charges of €9.90 on the Spanish mainland, €20 in the Balearic Islands, and €34 in the Canary Islands.
- Deliveries will be made at street level; any costs associated with redelivery or the necessary unloading equipment will be borne by the customer.
- Billing: An invoice will be issued on the date the goods are shipped, in accordance with the payment terms approved for each customer. Any payment deferrals will take effect on the invoice date and will not be affected by different delivery times.
- Invoicing for parts and repairs: Cash on delivery.
- Form of payment: The forms of payment accepted by Genergy Power Products are bank draft, promissory note or confirming with a maximum term of 55 days. Prompt payment" is accepted with a 1% discount on the invoice total.
- Delivery Issues: Once the merchandise has been received, the customer has a maximum of 24 hours to notify Genergy Power Products of any defects found in the merchandise. After this period has elapsed, Genergy Power Products will not be able to file a claim with the logistics providers, nor can it guarantee the replacement or refund of defective items.
- Retention of title: The fact that a customer has taken possession of the merchandise does not imply ownership thereof. Until full payment for the merchandise has been made, the customer shall act as a custodian of said merchandise.

After-sales service and warranty
The warranty period for machines sold to individual consumers is 3 years. The warranty for businesses, self-employed individuals, or any other legal entity other than an individual consumer is 1 year. The warranty covers product shipping, labor, and the replacement parts necessary to correct manufacturing defects. Under no circumstances does the warranty cover the following materials or services:
- Consumables: Consumables such as filters, belts, spark plugs, wiper blades, and other materials used for preventive maintenance are not covered by the warranty. Nor is normal wear and tear on parts due to fatigue.
- Batteries: The basic batteries included with our equipment are provided as a complimentary gift and are not covered by the generator’s commercial warranty. If you do not wish to receive the complimentary basic batteries, please indicate this when placing your order.
- Auxiliary equipment: Transportation to remote areas, as well as the use of cranes, boom trucks, forklifts, or any other equipment needed to lift or move the units, is not covered by the warranty under any circumstances. We recommend that you install the generator in an accessible location.
- Travel Expenses: Warranty service is provided by picking up the equipment at the customer’s location at no cost to the customer. Under no circumstances does this include travel by specialized technicians to private residences. If this service is required, the customer will be responsible for travel and per diem expenses. Parts and the technician’s labor will be covered by the warranty.
- Replacement: The warranty does not cover a replacement generator under any circumstances. Please note that a generator is a machine intended for backup, emergency, or replacement use. A generator should not be used as the primary power source; if it is, it is the user’s sole responsibility to have another alternative emergency power source available.
- Damage to other property: The warranty does not cover repairs for alleged damage to other property; it covers only defects in our products. Damage to other property may be addressed through liability insurance provided that the claimant can truthfully demonstrate that the damage was directly caused by a defect in our products.
- Loss of warranty: Incorrect installation, lack of maintenance (indicated in the user's manual) or tampering not authorized by Genergy Power Products will result in the total loss of warranty.
In case of pick-up for factory repair: If the unit is under warranty, and the failure is of origin, Genergy Power Products will cover the cost of transportation, technicians' labor and replaced parts. The machine will be returned within approximately 15 working days from the day it was picked up by the agency.
Out-of-warranty repairs performed at the factory: Once the machine is received, we will provide a repair estimate, which will be sent via email for your approval or rejection.
