I recently purchased a Limited 7000 generator. I contacted the company by email to ask a few questions, and they responded immediately. Plus, they’re going to replace the industrial outlet adapter in a couple of days. GREAT AFTER-SALES SERVICE—for once, what they say is true; that’s what I call service. As for the generator, it looks well-built and high-quality, starts right up, and the noise level is about what you’d expect from a gasoline-powered generator—it’s a good machine. For now, I’m giving Genergy 5 stars.

I bought the 3000 diesel generator. They tested it at the factory before shipping it to me and delivered it with oil already in it and ready to use—even though they didn’t have to, since with large retailers, they don’t even bother to open the box for you to inspect it. Once tested, it works very well, and I have no complaints. The customer service is excellent. I called several times to get more information—and, by the way, to make sure it wasn’t one of those scams that are so common in online sales these days—and I can assure you that this is a trustworthy company from which I’ll make future purchases. Thank you very much for everything.

Definitely a trustworthy company. I had a minor issue with a generator, and they resolved it within 24 hours. They responded to my email incredibly quickly and provided a fast, effective solution—the kind you’d expect from a mature, well-established team. Their communication was direct, transparent, and straightforward, with no evasive tactics or automated replies that lead nowhere. By the way, the generator is a Genergy 5000, and it works like a charm—well-designed, compact, and reliable. I use it almost exclusively to power a 1.5 HP well pump. It’s definitely a great choice, and I highly recommend it.
