Great service and advice during the purchase, and fast shipping—I look forward to receiving the equipment and enjoying it.

I recently purchased a Limited 7000 generator. I contacted the company by email to ask a few questions, and they responded immediately. Plus, they’re going to replace the industrial outlet adapter in a couple of days—GREAT AFTER-SALES SERVICE. For once, what they say is true—that’s what I call great service. As for the generator, it looks well-built and high-quality; it starts right up, and the noise level is about what you’d expect from a gasoline-powered generator—a great machine. For now, I’m giving Genergy 5 stars.

I bought the 3000 diesel generator; they tested it at the factory before shipping it to me and delivered it with oil already in it and ready to use—even though they didn’t have to, since with the big online retailers, they don’t even bother to open the box for you to check it. Once tested, it works very well, and I have no complaints. The customer service is excellent. I called several times to get more information—and, by the way, to make sure it wasn’t one of those scams that are so common in online sales these days—and I can assure you that this is a trustworthy company from which I’ll make future purchases. Thank you very much for everything.

Definitely a trustworthy company. I had a minor issue with a generator, and they resolved it within 24 hours. They responded to my email incredibly quickly and provided a fast, effective solution—the kind you’d expect from an experienced and well-established team. Their communication was direct, transparent, and straightforward, with no evasiveness or automated replies that lead nowhere. By the way, the generator is a Genergy 5000, and it works like a charm—well-designed, compact, and reliable. I use it almost exclusively to power a 1.5 HP well pump. It’s definitely a great choice, and I highly recommend it.

A reliable product and excellent customer service.

I am very satisfied with the product and especially with the after-sales service. They clarified my questions, since my plan was to connect the Genergy device to the solar panels already installed on my boat.

I bought a Genergy generator. I ran into a problem, but they provided excellent service and resolved the issue very efficiently and professionally. It’s a pleasure to come across such high-quality professionals. Thank you very much for everything.
