GENERGY Automatic Start Generators

Unlike other brands that adapt generic models, at GENERGY we develop specific generators for each application, such as the ATS range for grid outages or the SOL series, designed for solar photovoltaic backup.

Photovoltaic Solar Power Backup Generators

Solar and wind systems generate clean energy, but are dependent on weather conditions. When there is little solar radiation or consumption is high, batteries can discharge. In these cases, having an automatic generator with dry contact start is key to maintaining the power supply.

The solar inverter detects when the battery is low and sends a signal for the generator to start and recharge the batteries. Once charged, the inverter stops the generator automatically.

The GENERGY models of the "SOL" series are specially designed for this use. In portable gasoline we highlight:

• Creta Silent SOL

In the diesel range, all GENERGY models are prepared to operate as photovoltaic backup generators.

⚠️ If you use an inverter of a brand other than GENERGY, avoid the Moncayo SOL and Mulhacén SOL models, as they are not inverters and may not be compatible with your inverter. In these cases, we recommend the inverter models Creta SOL, Creta Silent SOL or any of our diesel generators for photovoltaics.

Automatic Mains Outage Generators (ATS)

Automatic mains failure generators start autonomously in the event of a power failure and supply electricity to the facility. When the power grid is restored, the generator shuts down and standsby until the next outage.

These devices require an automatic transfer switch (ATS), which selects the active power source (mains or generator) and prevents the two from crossing.

GENERGY offers solutions from 6,000 W to more than 300 kW. Depending on the model:

• Mulhacén ATS: incorporates the ATS in the control panel.
• Creta ATS, Creta Silent ATS and all diesel models: require external ATS box.

In addition, our automatic diesel generators allow for buoy start, time schedulers and other advanced options.
