I contacted the company by email to ask a few questions, and they responded immediately. Plus, they’re going to replace the industrial outlet adapter in a couple of days. GREAT AFTER-SALES SERVICE—for once, what they say is true; that’s what I call service. As for the generator, it looks well-made and high-quality; it starts right up, and the noise level is about what you’d expect from a gasoline-powered generator—it’s a good machine. I bought the 3000 diesel generator; they tested it at the factory before shipping it to me and delivered it with oil already in it and ready to use—even though they didn’t have to, since at the big retailers, they don’t even bother to open the box for you to inspect it. Once I tested it, it worked very well, and I have no complaints. The customer service is excellent. I called several times to get more information—and, by the way, to make sure it wasn’t one of those scams that are so common in online sales these days—and I can assure you that this is a trustworthy company from which I’ll make future purchases.
