  • Orders: The channels for transmission of orders will be by e-mail, fax or directly with your area delegate. Orders will not be processed by telephone, a written document will be essential in any case.
  • Deliveries: The approximate delivery time will be 48/72 hours within the peninsula, and 5-6 working days in Portugal and Balearic Islands. Other destinations under consultation.
  • Freight charges: All shipments exceeding 600€ net in mainland Spain, 900€ net in Balearic Islands and 1.500€ net in Canary Islands/Ceuta or Melilla will be delivered free of freight charges. In case of not reaching this amount will be billed in peninsula 0,37€/kg, 0,60€/kg in Balearic Islands, and 0,87€/kg in Canary Islands/Ceuta and Melilla, with a minimum of 9,90€ in peninsula, 20€ in Balearic Islands, and 34€ in Canary Islands.
  • Deliveries will be made at street level, any cost of re-shipment or necessary means of unloading will be borne by the customer.
  • Invoicing: Invoices will be issued on the date of shipment of the goods and with the payment conditions approved for each customer. Possible payment deferrals will start on the invoice date, without being affected by the different delivery terms.
  • Billing of spare parts and repairs: Sight draft.
  • Form of payment: The forms of payment accepted by Genergy Power Products are bank draft, promissory note or confirming with a maximum term of 55 days. Prompt payment" is accepted with a 1% discount on the invoice total.
  • Incident deliveries: Once the goods have been received, the customer has a maximum period of 24 hours to notify Genergy Power Products of any deficiency found in the goods. Once this period has passed, Genergy Power Products will not be able to claim against the logistic suppliers, nor will it be able to guarantee the replacement or payment of the defective parts.
  • Retention of title: The disposal of the goods by a customer does not imply ownership of the goods. The customer at this moment and until the total payment of the goods has not been made, will act as a depositary of the goods.

After-sales-warranty

The warranty period for machines invoiced to private consumers will be 3 years. The warranty to companies, self-employed or any other legal character different from the private consumer will be of 1 year. The warranty will cover the transportation of the product, labor and spare parts necessary to correct the defects of origin. The warranty will not cover in any case the following materials or services:

  • Consumables: Consumables such as filters, belts, spark plugs, brushes and other materials for preventive maintenance are not covered by the warranty. Neither is the logical wear of parts due to fatigue.
  • Batteries: The basic batteries included in our equipment are delivered as a free gift and are not covered by the commercial warranty of the generator. If you do not wish to receive the basic batteries as a gift, you can indicate this when placing your order.
  • Auxiliary machinery: Transport in remote areas, the need for cranes, boom trucks, forklifts or any other machinery necessary to lift or move the equipment will in no case be covered by the warranty. We advise you to locate the generator in an accessible area.
  • Displacements: The warranty service is performed by collecting the equipment at home and free of charge for the customer. In no case will be included the displacement of specialized technicians to private homes. In case this service is required, the cost of travel/per diems will be charged to the customer. Parts and labor of the technician will be covered by the warranty.
  • Replacement: The warranty does not cover a replacement generator in any case. Please note that a generator is a machine that is used for backup, emergency or replacement purposes. A generator should not be used as the main power source option, if so, it is the sole responsibility of the user to have an alternative emergency power source available.
  • Damage to other goods: The warranty does not cover the repair of alleged damage to other goods, only defects in our products will be covered. Damage to other goods may be handled through liability insurance provided that the claimant can truthfully demonstrate that the origin of the damage was created directly by a defect in our products.
  • Loss of warranty: Incorrect installation, lack of maintenance (indicated in the user's manual) or tampering not authorized by Genergy Power Products will result in the total loss of warranty.

In case of pick-up for factory repair: If the unit is under warranty, and the failure is of origin, Genergy Power Products will cover the cost of transportation, technicians' labor and replaced parts. The machine will be returned within approximately 15 working days from the day it was picked up by the agency.

Out of warranty repairs repaired at the factory: Once the machine is received, an estimate will be made prior to the repair, which will be sent by e-mail for acceptance or rejection.
