Please note that this rule is intended to protect your machine, an agency will never be liable for damage if the product is not properly packed. If your machine uses fuel, it must be removed before transport. The engine oil must not be removed. Do not include machine accessories such as manuals, wrenches, tools or spare parts. GENERGY will not be responsible for the loss of these materials during the after sales process. Subsequently, the transportation charge will be applied according to the following conditions: Outside the warranty period: Transportation costs will be included in the repair estimate. If repair is not requested, only transportation costs will be invoiced. During the warranty period and covered repairs: There will be no transportation costs for the customer. In warranty period, but with breakdowns excluded from the warranty: No transportation costs will be charged, except in the following cases of bad faith: Attempted deception or concealment of information to obtain the warranty.
