I bought the 3000 diesel generator; they tested it at the factory before shipping it to me and delivered it with oil already in it and ready to use—even though they didn’t have to, since with the big online retailers, they don’t even bother to open the box for you to check it. Once tested, it works very well, and I have no complaints. The customer service is excellent. I called several times to get more information—and, by the way, to make sure it wasn’t one of those scams that are so common in online sales these days—and I can assure you that this is a trustworthy company from which I’ll make future purchases.
