Generally good experience. My issue is with delivery times. Website claim is 2--3 business days whereas actual is 5-7 business days. Also when ringing the courier company CBL and requesting info in English they just hung up the phone on a number of calls. They do not reflect the courtesy shown by Genergy. This was down to Daniel Perez. He showed a level of professionalism, efficiency and communication which is a treasure to your company. Thank you Daniel.
