These unnecessary collections generate costs for GENERGY - and, in many cases, also for the user - since faults resulting from incorrect use or inadequate maintenance are not covered by the warranty. In addition, they involve additional inconveniences such as packaging of the equipment, time spent and possible risks associated with transportation.
Finally, we must not overlook the environmental impact: every collection generates polluting emissions. Therefore, it is everyone’s responsibility to ensure that these operations are carried out only when truly necessary.
