1.- Transportation conditions and budget.
Your cooperation is essential to ensuring that this after-sales service runs efficiently and smoothly. Please be sure to follow the instructions in this document carefully to avoid delays.

2.- Destruction due to abandonment and storage costs.
I have read and accept the conditions regarding storage costs, as well as those regarding the destruction and recycling of my abandoned product.
Once the repair estimate has been sent to the customer, they will have a maximum period of
30 calendar days to communicate their acceptance or rejection.
If no response is received by the end of this period, the machine will automatically enter an
additional 30-day period during which a daily surcharge will be applied for
storage and custody, depending on the weight of the equipment: • €10/day: machines up to 60 kg
• €20/day: machines between 60 and 200 kg
• €30/day: machines over 200 kg
Storage costs will be charged to the quote and must be paid
before the equipment is returned.
If 60 calendar days have passed since the quote was sent without a response from
the customer, the machine will be considered abandoned and GENERGY will proceed to
recycle and/or manage it as waste, with the customer losing any right of
claim, recovery, or ownership over it.
Voluntary surrender:
The customer may request in writing, at any time, the recycling of the equipment,
and the file will be closed without additional charges.
Note:
Quotes will be sent to the contact email provided by the customer, who is
solely responsible for reviewing them.
In accordance with Royal Decree 1457/1986 and current regulations on consumer and user protection,
the customer is hereby informed in advance of:
• Maximum response times.
• Conditions for keeping the equipment.
• Additional storage costs.
• The deadline for declaring the equipment abandoned. Failure to respond within the established deadlines authorizes the application of the indicated costs and the
management of the equipment in accordance with the provisions of these conditions.
